    Hi im going shopping in a minute and i always notice those little pots of custard and think i would like to eat them now and again but unsure of how many syns? Hope someone can tell me - many thanx.

    Gosh that's a lot!!!!! even for low fat, best left alone methinks...

    I posted about custard a while ago, and I was suggested to try a muller light instead. It wasn't quite as nice, but felt good to save the syns

    I agree with Juliewoo...I think I would go for a vanilla Mullerlite instead!

    TBH. I used the little pots to make trifle. And it was so worth it for a low syn version. hartleys suger free crystals and some squirty cream. it was lush, and made loads if you wants to eat it all to yourself, or really low if you shared.

    Not worth it on its own no, but deffo better than muller LOL x

    Prob better to make your own with custard powder, HExA, and sweetner the traditional way.

    birds do a low fat powder. You can make it with water and still ok.
