Hi everyone, Just thought I would start a diary on here to try and keep me on this VLCD for the last time! I have done a VLCD in 2012 and lost 3st in about four months, this was great but you know what it's like as soon as you take your eye off the ball the weight is back on! So this time I am more determined than ever to reach my goal and then stay there! I'm in day four of TS and this has been the toughest day by far, but i have been 100% so far and I'm not giving up this easily! I'm going to try and post on here every day so I can track my progress.
