GREEN DAY

HEA- 175ml milk, 3 el laug cow triangles
HEB- 35g porridge
HEB- 2 slice of nimble bread

BREAKFAST
35g porridge (heb) with defrosted frozen berries

LUNCH
E.light laug cow triangles with 2 slice of nimble bread & salad
Apple & melon

DINNER
Tomato, mush & onion pasta
(at work so something easy)
Muller yoghurt & banana

Alpen light (3syns)
Options hot choc (2syns)
 
THURSDAY

EXTRA EASY

HEA- 175ml of skim milk, 3 el laug cow triangles
HEB- wholemeal pitta bread

BREAKFAST
banana, pear & yoghurt

LUNCH
salad filled pitta with cherry toms on side

DINNER
gammon, new pots & salad

Not sure on syns yet so will up date later x

FRIDAY

EXTRA EASY

HEA- 250ml skim milk
HEB- 60g wholemeal bun

BREAKFAST
yoghurt, banana & apple

LUNCH
60g wholemeal bun with salad & ham, chopped cherry toms & cucumber on side of plate with salad cream (2)

DINNER
gammon, salad potatoes & salad
(same as last night but got gammon to use up, don't like waste)

Used 11 syns yesterday, aiming for 8 today.
 
SATURDAY

EXTRA EASY

HEA- 375ml skim milk
HEB- 60g wholemeal bun

BREAKFAST
apple, banana & yoghurts

LUNCH
ham salad bun, mug shot & carrot sticks

DINNER
steak, salad pots & salad
E.light mayo (2)
 
SUNDAY

GREEN DAY

HEA - 250ml skim milk
HEA - 6 el laughing cow triangles
HEB - 2 slice wholemeal toast
HEB - 90g chicken

BRUNCH
spaghetti hoops & fried egg on toast (heb)
Grilled toms & 3 laug cow (hea) on top of toast

DINNER
pasta mixed with mush, onion, peppers, chicken (heb) & pasata sauce.
3 el laug cow stirred in

Milk for brews, I ain't had any syns today. Ooops x
 
i'm trying to get my head around SW at the moment, thanks for putting such detailed entries up, has really helped me!

No problem, I find it helps me to keep on track if I have written a food diary. I scribble it down in a morning & then add it on here when I get chance. If your ever stuck just message me, I aint an expert but will try my best. Good luck on your weight loss journey x
 
MONDAY

HEB- 4 dark rye ryvitas
HEB- 90g of ham

BREAKFAST
Banana, raspberries & yoghurt (all free & s.free)

LUNCH
4 dark rye ryvitas (heb) topped with laughing cow triangles (hea) toms & cucumber

DINNER
ham (heb) mush, Tom & onion omlette served with massive salad. Mmmmmmmm can't wait x

Not sure of syns yet, might have some mayo with tea x
 
TUESDAY

HEA - 2 tesco light cheese triangles
HEB - 2 slice wholemeal bread
HEB - 70g chicken

BREAKFAST
frozen yoghurt & mixed berries

LUNCH
2 slice toast (heb) topped with 2 cheese slices (hea) & spaghetti hoops

DINNER
Grilled chicken, new potatoes, mushy peas & carrots.
Salad cream (2)

Changed my HEB, to 4 dark ryvitas & halved my milk allowance so can have 3 extra light laug cow triangles.

So for my lunch had 4 dark ryvitas topped with cheese triangles, toms, cucumber, peppers & grated carrot. Didn't fancy a ham sandwich in the end x
 
Only had 1 1/2syns yesterday, my little girls party on saturday so want to be able to have small slice of cake. So keeping low syns for rest of week x

alpen light (heb) strawberries & melon

2 wholemeal bread (heb) with spaghetti hoops

tomato pasta with mush, onion, peppers & garlic.

Well back with tail between legs, after falling drastically off the wagon & a horrible 3 lb gain.
