new week and hopefullly a weight loss next wed!

breakfast : 30g cheerios =3
mullerlight =2
banana=0

Lunch: pizza finger=7
30g tomato ketchup=1
25g butter mintos=3 (3x sweets)
mullerlight=2

Dinnner : 11pp left
ww spag bol:8
brocoli
cauliflower
mushrooms
30g tomato ketchup=1
ww yoghurt=1
ww dessert=4
x5sweet butter mintos=5

had a homemade bun made fornm sugarpuffs coverd with chocolate using 5pp for this

R pink n whites only 1pp each? Used to love them...

yes but 3pp for 2 :( i could and would eat all in one sitting lol even though i now take the mallow bit out and put in funny feet ice cream to make a slider for 3pp tryin to wean myself off them not very successfully i might add hehe
 
friday 6th may

lunch: lighter choice sandwhiches=8( i refuse to make my own as i always point wrong !!! )

dinner 7.30: 1/2 meal for one =7

tomato ketchup 30g=1
