Andrea's food diary (please someone check its okay)

As im a bit out of practice with SW!
Anyway here goes- Red day
Breakfast- 28g honey and nut bran flakes
Lunch- Two slices of 400g brown loaf with ham
Dinner- chicken dinner, loads of roast chicken (skin off), cabbage, green beans, swede and carrots and oxo gravy
Treat- weight watchers belgian chocolate cake slice (5 syns)
 
You need to eat as lot more than this Hun!! Fill up on free fruit and veg and dont forget to drink plenty of water.

Oooh lol its so bizarre knowing you can eat MORE its a hard concept to get used to! Got my 2l bottle of water- just about a third through it so far!
 
Lol...I know its strange, but the more free food you eat, the more weight you will loose!!! Lol.

Well done on the water front too!
 
Yep, I'd be eating way more than that hun!!

I'm not sure you can have Honey nut bran flakes as a healthy extra though. They're not on the list. x
