Angies diary, 1st day whoop

Day 19

Been out for a meal tonight so not sure how i will have done this week.

Breakfast
Pineapple, kiwi and quark

Lunch
Salad with left over spicy chicken

Dinner

Loads of diet coke
Chick pea curry and boiled rice.
Hopefully that wasn't too many syns
 
day 20 & 21

day 20

Breakfas
Pineapple, kiwi and quark 1 scan bran and coffee

Lunch
Large salad

I also made some concoction of
4 scan bran h/e b soften in boiling water and mashed
curly wurly
2 teaspoons honey
approx 1/3 tub of quark and ff yogurt
put all in microwave for 5 mins.
tasted different but nice so had some of that with lunch

day 21
weigh in today and I am on a bit of a high at the moment
I had a whopping 5 1/2lbs off this week which is my biggest so far. I hope that this will now mean my losses will be a bit bigger than they were,

Breakfast

2 weetabix, ss milk, linseed, black grapes and a cup of coffee.

Dinner
pork marinated in garlic, ginger, soya and teryakii sauce stir fried with pak choi, onion and green peppers. Had this with sw chips and sweet potato chips too.

Day 28
I have missed a good few days here but thought i had better start again.

1 and 1/2lbs off for me when i wi this morning and i need to see how good/bad i do each week so the only way to do it is by writing down everything I eat.

Breakfast
Kiwi, melon and orange topped with pumpkin seeds Hextra b and quark.
Cup of coffee.

Lunch

Sardine salad
with sardine.egg.tomato, cucumber, celery and lettuce with salad dressing

Dinner
stir fried pork marinated in soy sauce, teaspoon of honey ginger with onion, mushrooms and spinach. Boiled rice with spices and half chicken stock cube with onions and mushrooms.
1 syn for the whole lot

Made enough for tomorrow lunch.

large fruit salad of orange, melon, kiwi and pineapple.

Did 20k on exercise bike today

I am doing the bike challenge, tomorrow starts at 85 k for the week which will take some doing

I didn't get to go on my exercise bike today, but another plus I bought Kettlebell which will be a laugh if nothing else.

Melon, orange and pear with plain yogurt

Lunch

soup made with tinned tomatoes, carrots, parsnip, leek, onion and chicken stock

Dinner

tandori pork with onions, mushrooms and boiled rice

Fruit salad with apple, pineapple, raspberries.

May have a curly wurly yet, not sure.
So far no syns today.
 
Day 30
20k on my exercise bike today, 65 to go for the week.
had a little go on the kettlebell too, not sure if its going to work but can really feel it pull.


Breakfast
pear, pineapple and melon

Lunch
left over soup from yesterday
fruit salad made with raspberries, strawberries and red grapes.

Dinner
stir fry lots of mushrooms, onions, courgette, chilli, spinach with 3 eggs and 2 baby bell cheese h/e a

5 scan bran h/e b and 2 muller lite yogurt

total syns today 1 or even maybe 0 (not sure about the muller lite)

2 weetabix h/e a milk from allowance
and coffee

strawberries and red grapes

Lunch
Salad made with lettuce, tomatoes, tuna, radish, celery and cucumber and balasamic dressing.

Dinner
slow cooked chicken with onions, green pepper, squash and lots of spinach in jamaican curry

Fruit salad with redcurrants, pear, apple, strawberries, kiwi with a muller light yogurt

finding it quite hard fitting in any syns at the moment

Red and basmati rice left over from yesterday with lots of spinach mushroom and cougette .
Stir fry gammon in soya sauce and a bit of jamaican curry powder.

the rest of my scan bran cake with a lemon cheesecake poured over absolutely gorgeous.
