Hello Hello!!
So...
I've lost 2stone 2.5lbs!! HOORAY!!
For the past couple of days, I've stuck to plan but not enjoyed it - not been motivated whatsoever. Tonight was the kick up the bum that I needed.
I got my 2 stone shiny :) and I got slimmer of the month - as this month I have lost 17lbs! I know it won't happen every month but it has been such a fab start to 2011.
I am currently feeling super motivated and ready for a wonderful week. :)
So this week I lost 3.5lbs. How have I done it? I've eaten more syns!! It's brilliant - I have no idea how this plan works, but it really really does!!
I have to admit I have gone over my syns today but because I was feeling so down yesterday I told myself I could have a treat tonight - I always used too, but now I've eaten I'm not sure whether I enjoyed it.
Nevermind. A new food optimising week starts tomorrow and I'm super motivated to go for it!!

WOW congratulations super loser! That really is amazing!!! Wowie!!

And race for life is great! Where are you running? I did a 10km one in Heaton Park in Manchester last year it was great! They're super well organised events, loads of ladies there in their pink tshirts, fun warm up session, great goodie bag when u finish!

Thanks Hun :) I'm doin the 5km one in Sutton park in Birmingham. I have done it before a couple of years ago and I loved it! Hope you're getting on well :) xxxx
