Hi All!

I've been doing fasting for a couple of weeks without weighing myself because I was too scared to! Weighed myself this morning and decided to start this diary, so I can track what I'm eating and what I (hopefully) lose.

So, today so far:

Monday (up day)
Breakfast - small bowl Frosties w/ semi skimmed milk
Lunch - roll w/turkey and coleslaw
diet coke

WI - 232.8lbs (for some reason I find it less painful to think of lbs than stones!)
