Perhaps you could name and shame them on here and we can boycott them! (is that allowed?)
I'm just so incensed that they can even think to do something so discriminatory and rude.. shame on them and that poor chap.. I would be mortified!
I would check with your mate before writing to the papers.... he might be even more embarassed...and that would be dreadful.
