Another day of not smoking

Yay Ive managed to get through another day of not smoking, I gave up on Sunday after 21 years of smoking :O flipin eck I didnt realise till I just sat and worked it out but thats a bloody long time isnt it.

One day at a time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very good luck to you. I gave up myself last year and was very surprised to find it wasn't as difficult to quit as I though it would be. I used patches, are you using any nicotine replacement?
