Dinner was yum

Lamb hot pot

Yeah it's homemade.

First I put diced leg lamb in a saucepan with onion and till the meat was cooked on the outside then added one tin of chopped toms and lamb stock. Then I added cubed swede and carrots and left to simmer till the veg was soft. Then I added frozen peas and sliced green beans for five more mins then added a little gravy to thicken. Put all the mix into an oven dish and par boil some sliced pots to arrange on the top (I did two layers) brushed the pots with milk and put in the oven on a lower heat to cook the pots more and then turned it up to brown them off xx

Also did a 3.6 mile walk yesterday.

Today I'm having a spring clean so more calories burned!

Thinking about getting my cross trainer out tomorrow too!
 
Found you :D Your food diary looks so lush, and that hotpot.... yummy! I still haven't got the hang of working out points for meals that I actually make, so sticking to ww's ones for now. Think part of it is lack of understanding but alot of it is just laziness, haha! Fab weight loss aswell, 3lbs is so good. Good luck for this week Xx

I know it like the back if my hand now. Been on and off it for years haha. Feeling pretty positive this time though!
