Another January noobie

Hi everyone, I've decided after Christmas and a long bout of flu that I'm going to start watching what I put in mouth a bit more carefully! Tracking calories with an app on my phone, and coming here for some moral support!

I weigh about 80kgs, would like to get down to 65kgs by the end of June. I don't currently have an exercise regimen, but my work as a nurse keeps me on my feet all day!

Aiming to take in 1600 cals a day for a pound a week weight loss.
