Please can I join?

I had an initial 133 pounds to lose :cry:

Having lost 36 pounds so far, that leaves 97 to go.

I am doing Exante TS. I have had a steady weight loss so far - though not as amazing as some!!!

I have found the support on this site very helpful. I thought aiming for that Century Badge would be an added incentive!

I am off on holiday next week, so that will be my first big
challenge since starting this journey.

I know I can stay strong though, and will not ruin the progress I have made so far
