Hello everyone,
I'm another new person just getting used to the forum. I'm 33 a father of two kids and I wouldn't consider myself to be overweight bit I would still ike to lose a few lbs to get back to where I was when I was at uni. I already know quite a bit about exercise and nutrition but its the motivation to make the right decisions I can struggle with.
Anyway I'm looking forward to cahtting (is that the right word?) to a few people!
Cheers
