Another newbie!

    Im so pleased to have found this forum, its great to know there is some support.
    Ive got 7stone7lbs to lose, so am going to do it by having small goals.
    Have just bought a cross trainer, and cant wait to get fitter!

    Not sure about following a diet, just trying to eat healthy foods and cut out the huge amount of rubbish foods I was eating!
    Any advice very welcome.

    Hi and welcome.

    It is so important to have mini targets when you have a lot to lose.

    I aim for 10% at a time with even smaller baby targets such as each 7 pounds or getting down into the next stone.

    Hi Ellie, I set myself a mini target of a stone a time, this worked for me.
