Hi Texty I'm good thankyou, how are you doing? Guess what? I hit my 3lb loss target this week, by eating properly and following plan! I just have to keep on track until Saturday when I have my party and shall definitely NOT be following plan. :)

Had cold ,chest infection and temperature for the past week, fingers crossed that it's starting to ease now because party on Sat!
