Any 810'ers out there?

Hiya,
I am not on 810 at the minute, but am quite familiar with it all! In a typical 810 day I would have:
Porridge
quorn with broccoli, courgettes and mushrooms
frozen chocolate tetra
vanilla shake

I really enjoyed the food and it seemed to work well for me!

Hi,

I've been on 810 for a week and love it :)

I have 3 tertas during the day - then Chicken and broccoli and asparagus or tuna salad as a main meal in the evening.

I have also made a veg soup with 600ml water, 1/2 veg stock cube, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, celery and a little garlic. I have frozen this (makes about 4 bowls) and I have this as an extra on my night shift. But have less veg or salad with the main meal.

If you have any meal ideas please share!!

Also milk in my tea :) :) :)

That soup sounds scrummy. Will give that a whirl.
This evening i had a chicken breast, sprinkled the raw fillet with Cajun Spice, layed some sliced mushrooms on it and baked it in the oven for 30 minutes, then i splashed a little water in a wok, added a sprinkle of veg stock and added some asparagus and spinach. Served on a plate with a dollop of cottage cheese. My goodness it was lovely!

Going to have my bar with a cup of coffee on a minute :)
