Potatoes are free on green, eat as much as you want, and i would have the chicken with lots of sw chips and sweetcorn.

I think it's only jacket potatoes (225g?) for a hex b on a red day. You can make wedges out of them. I like chicken with bacon on top, and ovened veggies - peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions, spray with frylight, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and cook for half an hour.

ha lol, you can have an 8oz potato, you should make it into wedges, just blast it for a few mins in micro, cut into wedges and bake in oven with fry light x
