Does anyone know of any sweeties that are syn free or very low like a mint humbugs etc, ones easily available in the shop?
I struggle at work some days and just need somat to suck on ( a sweetie that is, lol), to take my mind of food. I have a lot of sitting down time this time of year and food is number one thought unfortunately.
    Any ideas? thanks.

I like Fox's mints and Fox's dark. They are one syn each and the dark ones taste like pernod and blackcurrant. I think the mini chupa chup lollies are only half a syn each...if you can work with one hand.
