any tip on how i can loose inches off my legs without them getting muscly?

    annoying my thread has been moved.. so thought I would post the question instead of including the amount I lost this week! Only lost 1 inch off my legs in 7 weeks

    I wish I knew!! I find body brushing my inner thighs helps smooth it out...think I'll start saving for lipo hehehe

    Invest in a body brush and start brushing!!!!! Long powerful strokes upwards towards the heart will help improve tone, streamline and aid lymphatic system. Am a big fan of brushing. Give your skin a real glow! Dont just do the legs, do all over!!!! :D

    As for exercising etc, pass! Sorry!!! xx

    Have you got a wii or similar? I found the active sport really helped my legs and it wasnt too strenuous as it was stretching. I've bought Zumba but can never find enough time and peace to get on with it. x

    I use a cross trainer and that helped slim my legs down x
