Anyone doing Exante and C25K?

Just wondering if there's anyone doing Exante and C25K and if so, how are you finding it? I'm up to Week 3 Day 1 but now that I've started Exante, I'm wondering if it'll be too much as I burn about 650 calories doing it which is a little more than I'm taking in on Exante.
 
I do the couch to 10k. I'm not sure whether the app is the same but week 3 on mine is about 35 minutes walking and 15 minutes running. Exante recommends 20 minutes a day so it should be ok, if you feel faint or ill you can alter how much you do. Good luck! Are you aiming for an exercise goal or race?
