anyone done LL with only 1st to lose?

I lost 5st on LL last yr and have put back on about 1st, I notice now LL do a programme where you have 3 packs a day plus 1 conventional meal for people who have about a stone to lose, I was thinking of giving it a go and wondered what the conventional meal is to consist of? Has anyone else tried this???? am so desperate not to put any more back on and to get back to my thinnest - it felt sooooo good!!!!!

It would be a protein based meal, like chicken with salad.

You will need to remain in ketosis i believe for LLL but maybe im wrong on that as its a little amount to loose. Some members on her are onthe diet so they can advise you about it.
If you have a look at Lighter Life Lite forum at top of page this will give you a good idea of whats allowed.
Good Luck with losing your 1st, i'm sure it will disappear very quickly. The good thing bout LLL is that there is a fast track return to food so your not going through the 12wk RTM.
