I lost 5st on LL last yr and have put back on about 1st, I notice now LL do a programme where you have 3 packs a day plus 1 conventional meal for people who have about a stone to lose, I was thinking of giving it a go and wondered what the conventional meal is to consist of? Has anyone else tried this???? am so desperate not to put any more back on and to get back to my thinnest - it felt sooooo good!!!!!
