Anyone in 13s and wana get down to 12s?

Yep I flopped majorly tonight. Hubby came home with a DVD and Nandos so before I knew it I had 4 chicken wings. My body just went into autopilot. It was within my weeklies though but still should've said no... I need to wake up and do Zumba tomorrow cos if I don't start losing soon I'm going to cry! Aaarrrh I need to have more self control....
 
Aww im reading everyones mishaps :-( its so annoyin wen ur so good then reck it!
I was only good thurs fri day then had pizza fri night which brought me over weeklies. Sat was a bday so keep enuf dailies for a few drinks bt then had a kebab!
Was really good yday n plan on being til wi.
My prob is if ive a slip up i just give up rest of week n go crazy wen i should b limiting the damage x
 
Yh sometimes I think, Sod it iv just had 12 biscuits, might aswel have a bar of galaxy, pack of crisp, and some ice cream while I'm at it!

I'm actually gutted that for 12 biscuits it was 36 points!!! Only 12! I would usually eat way more aswel!

I no biscuits r crazy n once u start its hard to stop. Just had 3 fruit shortcakes which wer 1 each not too bad.

Im so slow at losing bcaus lije u said id have a galaxy n more crap after doing that.

I was good yday n taut i was today bt only 5 dailies for dinns oops x
 
I STS this week which is actually a shock to me as I was away all weekend for my mates stag. I must've worked really hard before the weekend considering the amount of alcohol consumed. Anyway I'll get straight back in to my stride and lose a bit this week.

Hot dog sausages (The ones in the tin) just pointed and there 1 each - 3

As you can see i just pick instead of eating proper meals!! LOL


Im on 31 points now - when i dropped half a pound last week i redid my calculator last night and it said 31 instead of 32!... so iv been having 1 points extra all week aswel!! DUHHHHHH:eek:

Im hoping for 1lb loss this week!!... and then if anyone wants to join me im going to do a whole week NO EATING CHOCOLATE challenge - i usually have some form of choco every day either its normal or ww so thought this might halp me along!.... anyone else wanna join ? im starting thur ? day after i weigh

I'm terrible for opening biscuits & eating the lot but m&s do these little cake things that are 3pp each. Each 1 is individually wrapped so u don't keep nibbling at em. I had carrot cake last week & choc millionaire crunch & are gorg & well worth 3 xxxx

Got 2 points left today but am not giving in. Wi is weds but I need a loss desperately. Would love to do no chocolate thing... Dunno if it's possible tho lol x

i no they are so bad for that!!
was so annoyed by sat all my weeklies were gone but kept enough dailies for drinking but ended up having a kebab after :( x
