Anyone in 13s and wana get down to 12s?

I lost 1lb! Which now makes me 12.13 :)

Well i had mc'ds and a chinese yday as it was my naughty day! - OPPPS!...
Il count that as my 49! so il just stick to my dailies everyday!

Im also trying to do 1 week with No chocolate!...

also...

does anyone know how to add your BMI info on the side?! I cant find out how!BOO

if i made 2lbs this week it would give me my stone!.. guna be doing 0point soup aswel! and have that for tea a few days a week!!
 
Could be eating late cos my LO isnt getting to sleep til 930 so I don't eat sometimes til 10. I honestly am trying so hard I feel frustrated. I've been doing Zumba and walking but my weight loss has always been so slow.... :(

is there anyway you can eat earlier? maybe at like 6 and leave a couple points for a snack in the evening instead?

That's what im going to try this week. Hopefully it will make some difference. What kind of snacks do u have in the evening? :)

Crisp - only 2pp ones though
Such as quavers, velvet crunch, skips, french fries, all multpacks of course
& a ww bar - I like the chocolate mini rolls - there 2pp aswell..

so 4pp of snacks! I usually have that with a cup of tea so 5pp..

or Il have a can of diet coke and a refersher bar as there 2pp

I just joined this group. Hopefully make it down into 12's in the next month or so... optimistic?!
Got my weight in on Saturday morning. Nervous as only lost 1lb last week after a good first week.

Been spinning three times a week though so hopefully that will help!

Just found WW pepperoni pizza's in Asda, 13pp for the whole thing but had half with a big salad and low fat mayo. DELICIOUS!

I also have an issue with eating late, most nights 8:30 - 9:00pm as work long hours.
Which isn't the best but by that time I tend to eat less. But I usually have a snack at about 5:30 instead, babybel lights are really good. And only 1pp which is brilliant!

Good luck everyone and thanks for making this group - I need the support!

Thats still down though! My mum always used to say to me, thats half a bag of sugar!!!
Imagine that just dropping off your body. Then it doesn't seem like a small amount!
 
Went to Asda and did a shop that was ww friendly. Got snacks as suggested.. Made a big pot of 0pp soup and had that for lunch with a warburton thin.. Really filled me up... I'm full of cold so at home which defo isn't good as all the food is there to be eaten lol but have made a ww snack bag which I can pick from and still have 22 points for the rest of the day! I'm going to do this ! We can do it! Xx

Really easy- got a pack of casserole veg from Asda added some water then a stock cube and a few spices crushed chilli and paprika then let it boil. Finally blitzed it up and it was really yummy. I added a bit too much water so had to really let it boil off lol. It's there though whenever I need it! And really warming cos today it's freezing xxx

I meant i was happy with half pound off was only good 3 days (which included weeklies going) lol
