Anyone in 13s and wana get down to 12s?

Just been weighed in. Down 0.5. A little disappointed as I didn't go over points, walked at least 6 miles and did good gym work.

Ah well, not gonna let it affect me as altogether in 6 weeks I'm down 14.5 lbs. Hopefully next week will be better

Lost a pound at 13 7 this week! Not bad it was pretty bad and didn't exercise. Halfway there please update for me xx

This weeks been particularly tough cos my sisters leukaemia treatment isn't working and it's the 5th time she's had it in 6 years. just want to eat a big bar of chocolate !
