Anyone in the 11 stone bracket want support to get down to the 10s?

Hubby has promised me a romantic spa weekend when i get to target ;) which should hopefully be around feb next year (or sooner!) and that would fit in nicely with our anniversary too. I would also love to go on a shopping spree to buy a whole new skinny girl wardrobe lol xx

Ooh nice. You lucky lady :) its so nice to get into smaller clothes but its so frustrating when all I see is size 4's, 6's and 8's :mad:
 
I'm down to 11 stone 5 now, got to my target on Tues and have done 5 stone 4lb in total. Just can't imagine being in the 10 stones, from memory have never been there as adult. Going to change my target and try those last few pounds. Hoping its mind over matter and I get there!

I havent posted for a while. I did just get into my ideal BMI (just) and hit 10 st 10lbs. I went on holiday for 10 days. I have gained 9lb. Not a problem now as I have got back to 11 st 3/4 lb this morning. I did find that it was difficult and was stuck at 11. 3lb for ages but did the scan bran challenge for three weeks. I dropped 2lb each week = 6lb and got into the 10 stone bracket... YIPEE.
I am on scan bran again and hope to be in the 10 st bracket again soon. Hopefully before wednes WI. Unfortuneately its in the evening when I weigh more then when I weigh at home.
I need to be just under 11 st so im back into my target range x
 
Hello everyone,
I am new here and to slimming world!
I weight 11st 11 at the moment and I am hoping to lose at least 1 stone, with a new outlook on food and exercise. I just wondered how everyone chose which 'plan' to follow? By this I mean extra easy, red or green.

Thanks for any advice on getting started! There is soooo much to read.
 
I prefer EE. Its means you get a mixed meal. I previously joined SW years ago and struggled with Red and green. It wasnt for me. Ive lost nearly 4. 5 st and am at target . Good luck x
 
wowsers I feel like all I've done is use the like button while catching up on here! even the people who are reporting gains are posting determination and a positive outlook, great to read. well done to all those moving on and to the new additions and soon to be additions :)

the 2 little pesky pounds that attached themselves to my butt last week have been squished and jumped ship :D so back to 11st 5lb and it's a star week so even more pleased!

as far as the plans go I tend to go green as I love the extra healthy extras and tend not to eat lots of meat, think I may try mixing it up a little and adding in some extra easy days too as you ladies doing ee are doing remarkably well (please don't tell me you're all going nuts at the gym too as i'm pants at exercising, really need to step it up though)

Lost 4lbs this week so finally reached the 10s! 10st 11.5lbs now :D
 
Hi everyone. After having a really good start back to doing SW from home and losing 2.4 kgs last week, I put back on 0.7 kgs this week :-( I ate out a lot (summer and socialising) so I know I'm to blame. Been shopping today and ready to plan my food and not go out this week!!
 
have started today (again) at 11st 12lb so have a way to go but determined to do it before my 20 year university reunion in october!!
 
Lost 1lb today at weigh in so makes me 11stone 3lb now...not bad, but I did max out on syns every day with maybe a handful extra, so this week gonna try keep to 10 to help myself be restraint, also going to run twice and start my ab workouts. Really keen for 2lb next week to get me closer to target!
 
Good luck everyone. Don't think I'll be moving just yet but hope to be a step nearer with WI tomorrow. Blown the daily syns down the pub last night, but didn't breach the weekly barrier so fingers crossed! :)
