Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

I quite like the sound of the 119 forever club too! Like Vicki it's going to take me a while to get there.. especially with my massive craving for chocolate at the moment... But I will eventually and that's where I want to stay!

Happy Sunday my gorgeous girls. Sorry I haven't been around much, I've missed chatting with you all x

I'm all moved in to the OH's house (albeit temporarily) but had a few days off plan. Expecting a gain this week, but as Nikki has said, whether it takes a few weeks or a few months, I'll get there. I've been looking forward to these 2 weeks since August, so I plan to enjoy them. Got some SW meals planned for the week, so it shouldn't be a complete disaster!

Please don't think I've left you though - I will be a member of the 119 club! Even if I'm not on here as much over the next 2 weeks.

Sounds like you guys had some yummy meals tonight x

I did this morning but can't go now. Good job I got two Weeks off work!

Just been drinking loads of water n took some tablets for tummy cramps.

I like the sounds of the 119 forever group. Even if it takes me a while to get there I will and I will stay there! Was looking in mirror earlier and I defo don't think I will be happy at,9 6. I still have a right tum and massive thighs. I think 119 is the future! Though 118 would be my 4.5stone award lol x

Sounds like you're going through a bit of a rough time there love! =/ I hope you start feeling better soon, at least you're not having to miss work for it.. just a shame it's also ruining your time off!

I'm only 5foot2. Not even in healthy bmi yet buuuut I started off with a bmi of 33 so not going too bad :) think it's 26 at the moment. If I went to 118 my bmi would be 21.8 which is just under ideal :-D

You've done so well & the healthy range is a BMI of 18.5-24.9 so you would be mid range so a lovely healthy weight. But to get to your 4.5 stone mark would be something special tho! X

Argh! My phone has failed to let me know about all these posts!

But the gist is that I definitely agree with Kim and Whitey - life is too short and one meal is better than going off plan for a week! An STS or even a gain doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things as you have already come so far and you'll continue to do well if you allow yourself these things and enjoy slimming world in the long term :)

And whitey - 23 mins for 5km is very impressive! What speed(s) do you run at?

How do you get your phone to let you know of posts? X

I usually start at 10 km for a couple of mins and then run at 12.5 and then crank it up to 13.5-14 km and then drop back down so it's not really proper intervals - more random bursts. I have personal training sessions now and again and my trainer makes me run on an incline of 9 at 9km in intervals - it really kills me - I find it much harder than speed! Xx

I would love to know how you get your phone to tell you too. I hate coming on n having 3 pages to read lol.

I'm think with this 3 Weeks I might try to get into running.

Evening Annie. Guessed you were busy moving in!!
Even if you did have a gain you lost 8lbs in 2 weeks so you're still well on track & hope you enjoyed your off plan days. As said before its getting straight back on it afterwards which you're doing, so well done you.
Don't worry about not being around so much, you go on & have a lovely time at OH's! Mind you the way we all chitter on here you'll have a lot of catching up to do! X

Hey Kim, I do quite like long runs (I've done two marathons) but usually stick to 10km as am conscious that it's not great on the knees. I am definitely more of a plodder than a speed person but trying to get better at running quicker. I read this running book that reckons you have to get "used" to that uncomfortable feeling when you're running fast.

My boyf sounds like your hubby - v into fitness. Think it's definitely more motivating if you both enjoy it.

I have no idea how you can do the bike for so long - I'm completely rubbish - have to force myself to go spinning but guess it must be good for toning :)

That will certainly help with the losses but just start off slowly with a bit of walking & then running....its all about pacing yourself if you haven't done it before x

We go out together at the weekend. He goes out & does his training ride & then comes out with me! He's training for Lands End to John a Grotes in July!
Cycling is fabulous for toning & weight loss but can't be too long on the bike at the mo coz of my neck, but last year I would be out doing 15-40 miles 4/5 times per week. I found lots of lovely routes around the Dorset countryside & would just take myself off & explore.....sometimes ending up doing more miles than intended as I would get carried away! X

I have the minimins iPhone app, it's supposed to alert me like a text when someone posts but it often doesn't! X

Morning everyone!
Happy Monday! I'm in at work extra early today - never mind, only two more days and then I'm on holiday!!!
Walked so much yesterday - around 12 miles. I'm really aching today! I love walking, I tend to speed walk. Unfortunately, we did stop at the pub, so I expect that I'm over syns now. Oh well, life is for living!!
Three days of being extra good, so fingers crossed for Thursday!
More walking tonight - I dont think that the dog knows what has hit her right now :).
Have a lovely day! x

Morning ladies :)

Isnt it miserable today? Good news though, today is the first day I've woke without any sinus pain or cold in 3 weeks!! Looked in the mirror this morning and got a shock to see the wobble jelly is back around my middle, suppose 3 weeks off training does that to you. So out comes the tape measure today just so I can see it working and not just going by my weight!
