Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

You can always see how you go over the next 3 weeks and then decide hun. Would be good to be weighing around the sound time though.... Saturday mornings would be full of suspense lol!

I was following Extra Easy but now i generally mix between green and have extra easy days. Haha telling me might make me feel better about my own chocolate binges =P.

I have a food diary, very new and sporadic with work at the moment but its there haha. On my phone at the moment so will post link soon x

Beef chow mein (takeaway)
Handful of "mini" Mini Eggs
26 x mint Girl Scout Cookies (from America - a customer brought them in)
Cadbury's Tasters
Royster's steak crisps
Cheese and onion pasty
Chinese chicken thigh (Sainbury's deli)
1 x medium bag of Mini Eggs (although I did share)
3 x Creme Eggs
Chicken Nuggets and chips (at the pub)
4 x plates at the All You Can Eat chinese buffet, followed by dessert
1 medium Dominos pizza plus a side of 6 mozzerella sticks (but it did have mushrooms and sweetcorn on - does that cancel it out?!)
However many bags you get in the funsize pack of Buttons (minus 2, cause I gave 2 bags away)
2 Warburtons (WHITE!!!) baps with grated cheese
Funsize Chomp, Milky Way and Freddo
Steak and oven chips
2 x packet of Skips
Beef curry (takeaway)
Tesco chocolate orange bar
Ready salted crisps

I don't even think that's all of it - can't remember much about Friday lol, looking back on it, I will be amazed if I don't gain at least 8lbs. How embarrassing that I quite obviously had no self control! No wonder I've felt like c..p!!
 
Can you not finish these last 3 weeks of Countdown & then have a 2 week holiday break & see how you get on at home with WI. If you dont get on with it, you could always go back to class? x

That sounds like an idea :) I'll see how it goes. I'll have to put the pictures up though, or I'll never stick to it.

I would definitely miss my consultant, she puts SO much effort into her groups. I love my group everyone is young or a 'character' there's only about 12 that stay for the talk so I enjoy it. The earlier one is boring and loads of people stay I sometimes help there but never weigh there!

12?! That would be brill! We have about 30. She does 4 groups throughout the day and said that she gets about 150 people through the door!
 
Claire, Im not going to say it but....******$$$$$***&&&"""""""""""!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said it in my head so I dont sound sooooo anal about weighing mid week, let alone on a different pair of scales!!! Bad girl, naughty girl.....cant help myself, its a bit like Tourettes it keeps coming out of my mouth & I cant stop lol! x

Half the housework done, downstairs all clean & tidy, upstairs will have to wait til Thursday as Im out with the girls for lunch tomorrow! Off for cycle ride now, so quite good body magic today! x

Wow... sorry that probably sounds horrible me saying that, no offense intended haha. Sounds like my typical week before I started SW haha, I think if i had a week like that now my stomach would hate me!

Billionaires shortbread from sainburys (wasn't even worth the syns! was such a disappointment :rolleyes:)

Well been to weigh in..need not have worried about eating choc yesterday as I lost 1.5lb and claimed my 2 stone award with a 1lb to spare lol! 1.5lb to target now but I know I'll be lowering it as I've still got a big gut that just needs to go!!

I can't remember what I was going to comment on! I know I must look really ignorant but honest I'm not atall, I read back through all the posts I've missed but I can't come on that often with 3 kids (youngest being 2) and there off school for Easter now as you know so I tend to have to catch up on ALOT!

By the way, I'm the blonde one in my avator xxx

Haha, completely no offence taken! Seriously, I can EAT! I hate myself for it though, sometimes it's like a compulsion. Like I actually can't help it. I know that sounds so stupid, and it is like a disorder for me to some extent. Worst it ever got was eating in secret so that no-one would see me and hiding food. Didn't make it any less real though. I don't know that I'll ever get over these little 'blowouts', they're gonna have so much more effect on me once I'm at 119 though! Eeeek!

Just need to get my disorganised self a kick up the bottom!

How many syns are Mikados? I'm in love with Pink'n'Whites xoxo

I know I won't get over my own binges either.. seems to be a monthly cycle, 3 weeks of good, 1 week blow-out haha. Mikados (any variety) are 0.5 each, a box is 15 syns so 30 syns just on mikado haha

My OH has 3 little'uns (3, 5 and 6), although he only gets to see them every other weekend (she won't let him have them more often), so although I don't have them full time, I know how you feel about being busy all the time! You're not letting 'having no time' affect your weight loss though, so well done honey xoxo

I'm totally the same as you hun, I think though if you have a big gain you'll lose super quick if you go to 100% on plan, but that's life isn't it. There are so many things which will get in the way and at the end of the day a gain of say 7lbs isn't goig to all be fat in one week.

Have you tried microwaving a pink n white..... Delicious!!! Mikados are only 0.5 syns each!

I'm so craving a proper Chinese and being poorly makes me not want to be in the kitchen cooking :-( xx

That's exactly what I'm like! Touch wood though, I'm always really lucky to have a big loss after a gain, so I'm hoping it'll work out for the best.

0.5 for a Mikado is dangerous information! But at least you could feel as though you'd had a lot for not many syns :)

I'm glad it's not just me, cause I feel so guilty about it. The moment that I step off the scales, I will be having a 100% week - determined to see 126lbs by the end of April!

I haven't tried microwaving them - I daren't in case I like them too much. They're already so yummy that I struggle not to eat the whole pack!

I've had 3 chineses this week - super overrated ;) Going to try and make a stir fry at the weekend, I think :) x

Hormones!!! They have a lot to answer for! Every now & then DH & I will go to the shops & buy big bags of Minstrels, Revels, Chocolate Peanuts, Fruit Pastilles & Skittles....pour into a big bowl & scoff the lot :ashamed0005:

You can make a SW chinese Nikki. Stir fry some chicken, veggie & noodles & mix in some Hoi Sin sauce....scrummy x
 
Don't feel bad about the small binges ladies i know it looks bad when we write it down but we all do it from time to time that's how we got here in the first place! And now it's just a blowout every now and then rather than permanently, so applaud yourself for that :)

On another happy note I tried some exercise today for the first time since the ankle break over 4months ago and went better than expected woohoo! X
 
I made Chinese chicken and sweetcorn soup for dinner. It was gorgeous.
Also has anyone else tried fanta zero chicken? It's just like sweet n sour x
