Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

EE 1x hexa 1xhexb 20syns total for week 43/90 no shred have done it this morning :) x
 
Not 100% for me am afraid. Had ice cream sundae to name a few naughty things.
Don't know what's going on tho I do blame my hectic week and night out. Lookin forward to starting afresh tom but keep thinking how i will be off plan at wedding on Friday....how do I get around this feeling? I don't want to be off plan as I feel terrible and guilty today and will do work out asap. Think when I have something coming up I wreck my chances.
So my plan is to be on plan every day til Friday, do my dvd every day til Friday as after today should be sorted for wedding and no running around. Have good time at wedding then aim to get back on track next day. Think this will work? What do I do about syns?

I'm gunna do that too debs. Got play off final on Saturday and plan I'm drinking A LOT so gunna have 5 syns a day and do my dvd every day I should have rest day on Wednesday but I'm gunna have Saturday as my rest day as we r seting off at 6 n dunno what time we will be back so won't have time to do it.


Just done day 5 of week 3 n I feel awesome! My arms have got so much definition in them and my legs are so much toned. I'm looking forward to weigh in tonight. Hopefully I will see a loss as I did over the weekend x

Deb, firstly stop beating yourself up about being off plan as that will get you nowhere excepts a world full of guilt. But, & its a big but....get straight back onto plan or you will regret it! If you dont do it now, you will spend the rest of the week nibbling away & that gorgeous dress you bought......tough love Im afraid!

Right DH has spoken, he is determined for me to see 8 stone something by the end of his 3 weeks, so Im doing quite an extensive cycling programme & increasing my time on the bike, as longer in the saddle = more calories burnt, so here goes to a 2 hour ride today......eeeek! xx
 
Another 100% day again for us.
My curry was gorgeous, Phili sauces are the way ahead. I use it a lot in cooking now for creamy pasta & DH made a fabulous chicken pizza with veggies in a Phili sauce to top the chicken base.
Carrot cake turned out lovely as well but sadly none for me! X

Philli sauces are gorgeous aren't they. I had the low low spread for the first time the other day as well (not as a sauce but on a jacket potato with bacon, it was gorgeous!)

I think that's the best thing to do, its what I always try to do when I have plans, I'll be doing that this week as well as its my Birthday tomorrow and going out for it on Sat, so everyday will be 5 syns (not including today I'm having a bag of maltesers today, partly because they need eating by the 27th and partly because my week starts on Tuesday and I'm sticking with that lol)

I really don't want to correct you, but last time I was weighed I was 9 stone 2 1/2.... suppose I should update my stats really :( hopefully that will change for the better next week when I get weighed, but who knows with the week I have planned! fingers crossed the fast that last WI was a star week and that I've been really good this week, will mean over the two weeks I'll still loose even with a naughty Saturday. Going to be really good for the rest of the week a well

Great that the exercise is really paying off for you vicky :) toning is what I am severely lacking, trying to really up my walking this week and if that goes ok get involved with exercise again just don't want to end up setting myself back again argh! X
 
Thanks ladies, its more yuck than guilt and wasn't as bad as I would normally have been which is good. Back on today and hoping to do workout and drink loads water. Will be happy to stay the same at weigh in tom...fingers crossed.
Also I think tho I am rubbish with measuring tape, can never remember if I pulled it tight or not, but think I may have lost wee half inch off waist. Think I will redo them using cm as thighs seem smaller on tape too....result

Two parcels came in the post today! Birthday presents!!!! can't help but guess what they are lol. One of them is a DVD and I think its drive angry, I hope it is I'll be making him watch it tomorrow.... wondering if there's one missing as I'm sure he said he'd ordered two things from him and one from little one.... hmmmm....

Day 7 of shred done...yay!! Not gettin any easier and at times feels like am going to fall into a heap never to return to normal ha. Phew glad that's it done!!
 
Change of plan.....my hairdresser cancelled, so I went out for a longer ride, did 37 miles & burnt 1444 calories, happy with that!
DH did 72 miles & burnt 4500 calories, how Im ever going to keep up with the shopping as his food intake is huge, I will never know!!!
Have also decided to aim to do the ride DH did today on the last Friday of his leave, so that gives me a couple of weeks to train & toughen up the 'undercarriage'! x

feeling fat today although I got in those jeans on Saturday funny how we feel so different on different days anyway been on plan today so will keep the fluid intake up.

Thinking to myself ( and only sharing with you guys) I'm going go for a few pounds loss. Getting in those jeans made me feel great and I would really love to be a size 10 properly so thinking 5lbs would do it ( years ago I was told that 10lb was a dress size) that would take me to 9.3 which I think also takes me to bmi of 22 which is bang on in the middle of healthy. What do you all think??? Not asking any of my nearest and dearest cause they think I've lost enough now ;-) x

I know how you feel about nearest and dearest, mine were a nightmare from about 9 and a half stone on... I just don't mention to them that I'm trying to loose now unless they know I've had a bit of a gain, I just tell them I'm maintaining, my mum would have a heart attack if she knew I wanted to go half a lb under 9 stone... it's silly

Sounds like a plan to me anyway, but you'll have to see how you feel when you get there. Only you can decide whats best for you



Just finished dinner, it was lovely :) Oh and my boyfriend came home with a massive bunch of flowers for my Birthday as well, gave them to me today as he didn't see the point in trying to hide them for a day (which to be honest I agree with) but my mum had to mention it was early when I posted a photo on facebook :/ he can't do anything right where she's concerned lately. I told her he was taking me to Scarborough for my Birthday (well I asked her if she could have little one so he could) and her first comment was, ''oh well he's fallen lucky again hasn't he, he get's that treat as well''

The thing is, at the moment and for quite a while now, I don't work, I've been doing voluntary work since October, hoping to get a paid job soon, but he works and provides for me and my son, who although he's not his own (we met when he was 14 months old) he treats him like he is. Despite the fact that he is the only provider of this relationship, we do have an equal relationship, he doesn't begrudge me buying my hifi bars or a new dress if I want one. But my mum always seems to think I'm missing out for some reason... I just don't get it. I mean WTH yeah he gets to go away as well, but he's my boyfriend I love him and I want to spend a couple of days with him going away somewhere! I wouldn't have wanted for him to pay for me to go on my own
