Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

I dunno, its so good though. My boy joined in with the shred and could kind of keep up but he cant do it now im onto level 5/6 of the BR he says hes more of a level 2 kind of person lol

So Ladies I am supposed to be on rest day tomorrow with BR but im not going to be able to do it on saturday so do u think I should do it tomorrow and have saturday as my rest day? Or just miss Saturdays workout?

Have Saturday as a rest day, but if you end up not doing it tomorrow don't worry, two rest days in one week won't hurt you, its if we start missing days or weeks (like me) that it has a bad effect

I like the losses/gains, it adds extra motivation, just preying mine doesn't go up even more next week lol

Am not sure Kim. Any suggestions? Morning of wedding will be busy and it starts 1pm so would need fill up on something good but don't want to be cooking to be honest so unsure what to do tho starting to think I could have boiled egg to limit the damage. We planned on maybe Tesco breakfast but maybe not now
Dinner is soup, chicken then cheese cake or something to that effect so don't imagine it would be too bad, still need syn it tho but dunno how. Then of course is the wine issue. So all in all am not sure but any feedback would be great.
Kim am not sure why am losing weight, I couldn't have been doing sw properly in past but the excercise must be helping so much.

Are you at home in the morning, could you make some rice pudding the day before and just heat it up add some yoghurt and fruit?
I'd try not to worry too much about the syns for the wedding though, its a big event and we all deserve time off.

O also I have decided I am NOT EVER going back up into the 10s! Thats it now! Well until I have a baby lol

I'll join you on that one! When I do have a baby (which won't be for a long time) I'm hoping I won't pile on weight like I did with my son though, I was terrible with food, in my head I was a skinny little thing with a bump, when actually I was HUGE!!! not surprising with what I ate though

Well, so far then girls, Vicky is doing fabulously with 2 x 100% weeks........not that its a competition, but its great to see how well we're all doing & proves that with determination & dedication........​WE WILL LOSE WEIGHT!

Whoop, go us. I'm glad I've got a 100% week in before this week lol, although to be fair, I should be 100% every day except Saturday, so that's not too bad. My friend has informed me she may be bringing cake when we meet on Thursday, so I'll be going over 5 syns then, but it should still be within my 15

Whoop whoop Debs, that an amazing loss especially after the week you had last week with running around etc. There have been lots of discussions on here about weightloss & exercise & not seeing the movement on the scales, so you have to way it all up really. I bet that loss has spured you on tho?! Also, just noticed you are 0.25lbs from target, are you going lower or sticking at 8.7? x

Girls we're due to start Week 3 of the 100% Challenge.....do you all want to carry on with it, Im happy to, but just want your thoughts as I'll ask weekly & dont be shy to say you dont want to carry on with it xx

I'm going to enjoy my cake. I feel like I've been really naughty all day actually, but all I've done is have massive portions of free food :p I had the biggest portion of rice pudding with loads of fruit for breakfast and made warm chicken and bacon salad for lunch, little one wanted chips though so naturally I had a plate of them with loads of salt and vinegar. I love slimming world, its great how you can really treat yourself and still be on plan (and also plan your off plan days but not have it effect your diet)
 
Donna, do you make your own rice pudding? If so, can you post me the recipe please as it will make a change from berries & 0% greek yogurt I have everyday!
 
Rice Pudding easily 4 servings, I think I adapted it to 1 cup of pudding rice 2 cups of water, put it into the oven for 45 minutes at 160, drain of excess water, return rice to dish add a Hea of milk (6 syns), 3 tbsps of sweetner and a dash of nutmeg and return to the oven for 30 minutes.

And I think that was about it, i think next time I would add a bit more sweetner and perhaps cinnamon instead of nutmeg.

Emma a lady I'm friends with on here shared this yesterday :) funny on here how everyone seems to fancy the same things :) might give this a go too love rice pudding and would make a change for brekkie
Someone then suggested stirring in a mullerlight yoghurt to make it creamer as skimmed milk isn't and think they also said use alpro milk will just have to double check other posts xx

Have just worked out how to add photo from my phone to the thread, so thought I'd show you my herb garden I've just started. Dug all the weeds out & then planted some herbs. Need to get a few more & then self sufficient! I love the summer xx

Thanks for the recipe Ronnie, I might have to give that a go. Something similar, is egg custards & no syns....just eggs, milk, sweetner & nutmeg....yummy.

Im a bit on the tender side.....not muscle wise....undercarriage!!! I'm lathered up with Sudocrem lol! Yes Im loving the sun & if you see my post before this one I've posted some pics of my new herb garden I've just made! xx
 
Fan Kim I can't wait to have a garden and get some herbs and hopefully veg growing :-D

It's a gorgeous day so made a packed lunch and took it to the park with my iPod and ebook reader and having a grand time by myself hehe! X

Me too, one of my little ones friends mum was like that, we used to walk to school everyday together as they live just round the corner, one day we were talking and she said ''well I don't know if you can tell with my coat on but I'm pregnant and due in May'' I hadn't noticed as I'd always thought how lovely and slim she was, I looked down and she had a massive bump, I don't know how I missed it lol.
First time she picked her little girl up after having the baby (about a week after having him) she had such a flat stomach... I'd love to be like that

I make mine different to above, I've heard people moan about the way I do it but I like it, saves HEA for other things

I don't weigh anything though :/ but I basically throw some pudding rice in a small pan, add sweetener and vanilla essence and then boiling water, simmer for 15 - 20 min until ready. Then I stir in a yoghurt to make it creamy, vanilla or toffee is really nice or the coconut muller but my favourites are the weight watchers dessert style ones
 
Oh and for the 100% challenge, can I count 31 syns as 100%.......


I think I'm going to try to have no syns some days this week rather then 5, but might end up having to have a couple for some things.... WI will be interesting on Tuesday :p


Weighed myself at my mums, but she's got new scales, I know the old ones weigh me less then what the slimming world ones do, but she said the new ones weighed heavier then the old ones. I weighed on both, the old ones said I was just below 9 stone, couldn't tell how much as they're really hard to read... the new ones said I was 9 stone 1 1/2, so hopefully they're the same or heavier then slimming world ones because that would mean I've lost a lb! No point worrying about it though, I will have to eat cake on Thursday and Saturday and much more on Saturday...
 
Hi ladies I'm back!! So I havent exactly been on plan but I STS this week! But surprised because my waist has gone up 1.5inches :-( I have just one more weigh in now until holiday and don't think I'll manage 5.5lbs lol

Good news is though I'm back in the gym with a vengeance! My stomach is rock solid!!

All stocked up on scrummy SW food to have from tomorrow, but I'm off on the hen do on Friday and another on Saturday so I suppose my diet is on a slight back burner until I'm back from France.

For now I'm in the garden vodka diet coke in hand and BBQ heating up nicely :) bring on the summer!!! Oh and I've been thinking of taking my scales on holiday with me because my cousin is driving to France in a big van and that's where my case is going lol

Do not take your scales on holiday! If you can't let loose on your jolly hols when can you! If you don't put on at least 7lbs, I shall inform Customs & Passport Control not to let you back into the country lol! Xx

Hahaha ok ok the scales will stay firmly in place in my bathroom!! Just feeling quite bloby and disappointed to be honest. My OH's sister came round tonight and when she went home I was saying to oh that that's how I want to look! Legging and tshirt and no lumps or bumps even when sat down!! OH used to be quite a toughie with big muscles and he wants to get back into the fitness and stuff and im hoping by crimbo I'll be on top form.

Feeling much fitter from the gym but not happy about my bikini look! Xxxx
 
Loving the herb garden! I tried growing some in my apartment once, they started off great but i never get direct sun with the way I face so they didnt last too long. I cant wait until my place gets sold and I have a garden to grow herbs and hopefully some veg :)

Think I have 6 syns left for today from my weekly allowance, but will double check.
Me and the girls have been asked for tea to my best friends house, her son is 11 today, so not sure 6 syns will be enough to enjoy a few nibbles, as I'm not wi weekly should I pinch a few from next weeks allowance????
What do you all suggest??

Didn't manage the shred :-( but after work we went as a family for a 1 1/2hour walk at a local woods it's was gorgeous, a really beautiful place, much more enjoyable than 20 mins with jillian ha ha
My legs are so sore today too lol ;-) need to haul my lazy butt out of bed......
