Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Don't worry about your weight gain, we all do it, the main thing is your back on it. I'm sure you'll get to your 9 stone goal :)

As for the frozen food, as long as your careful and like you say stop the snacking I'm sure you'll be fine, at least your getting a bit of focus before you can start slimming world properly.

I miss feeling slim too! I hate the bloated feeling crappy foods gives you. Me an oh are trying to get straight with money an stuff so I'm going down to cancel my gym membership and look into other ways of keeping fit!

Running is so hard on the ankles and knees, I went for my first road run on Saturday and really enjoyed it so might keep up the speed walking/jogging.

Missed you too hun, didn't want to message you incase you were super busy with the new house.

I go to France on sunday!! Think I'll be ok food wise, going to take some alpen lights and stuff.

Maybe we should make a joint diary o here to keep us motivated together?! Xx

That's why I was surprised that I was "only" 9st 13 - because of how bloated I was feeling, I was expecting to see well over 10st! Felt so crap, although luckily even my measurements haven't changed that much :)

I speed walk to the train station most mornings (usually cause I'm running late haha!) and these days I'm never usually sat at my desk for too long - my problem is the chocolate. I used to smoke and gave up nearly 2 years ago, now the smell makes me feel so sick - can't stomach it! Wish I could get to the same point with chocolate!

Deb, I worked it out for you & posted a table but it all went a bit pear shaped & didnt look right........grrrrr, took me about half an hour as well!!!!!!!
In a nut shell the food you had for yesterday, worked for all 3 plans, but the syns were about 20ish on all 3 plans.
Do you do a table/daily plan so you can see what you have for the day......I do one on my laptop & really helps me see how my days are going especially when you're not sure what day you're doing. I can always post it for you if you want it.
Also, not to be too critical of your menu, there doesn't seem to be a lot of Superfree, especially if it turned out to be an EE day & is Pasta n Sauce a substantial meal? I would be starving if I had that meal & Im not a huge eater!! xx

I normally do plan ahead but yesterday i just felt like a burst couch the whole day - wanted stodge and felt like "giving in" but i soldiered on albeit badly. The syns i dont mind as its what i wanted and as i do mine weekly am not that concerned.
The superfree to be honest isnt high on my list - i never have it with breakfast as i know it wont stop me eating what i already planned to eat if that makes sense. I do alway snack on superfree ie. fruit and or yoghurt at break times in work whereas before i would have had crisps or chocolate so for me thats a bonus. Lunch is usually a big salad or homemade veg soup so again i dont worry too much and if dinner has it in it, ie onion, mushroom etc then fine, if it doesnt i dont worry too much. Again latetly i will have baked potato with salad or fish and broccoli so its not high up on the priorites for me. I know it should be but i am not the biggest fan of fruit and veg so if i have salad and snack on it at least its a bonus for me. I have been trying more green days as well

I think i am going to keep planning my days, doing my workout (which i loved last night) and keeping syn choices low and if i were to have something then not worry. Its the toning up which is important for me just now and if i can shift some more weight then it will be a bonus. I cant NOT do SW now as the fundamentals of it are my way of life and it keeps me on the straight and narrow - wthout it and this forum i would eat sh*te all the time and feel horrible......just the way i did a few months ago. Now i feel slimmer, i feel tighter and i am doing excercise. Happy days

*hangs head in shame* I'm now up to 9st 13lbs, but to be fair, I'm surprised it isn't more. Just goes to show that if I do stop eating the wrong things, then the weight should fall off!

I hope you don't mind, but 119 just isn't manageable for me. It's not an achievable goal for me right now and I keep feeling like a failure, which makes me turn to food even more. Please could you take me out of the 119's? I'm going to aim for 9st initially and reassess when I get there.

OH is doing well - even though he hasn't been making an effort to eat healthier, now that I make his packed lunches (and he's not visiting Tesco everyday to pick up snacks), he's lost 6lbs in two weeks so he's really pleased! It's made me want to start again before he weighs less than I do!!

My skydive is in 5 weeks time and I want to lose 13lbs, meaning I have to lose 2.5lbs a week. About to turn Zumba on and considering going for a jog later. I'm coming back to SW as well - far more manageable in terms of cooking for us both. I've sold my books though, so need to get hold of some more. If there is anyone who does go to a group, would you be willing to pick me one up if I paypal you the money? (They used to be £5, not sure if they still are)

The food we have in at the moment isn't strictly SW friendly (frozen food etc), but we can't afford to throw it out and we don't get paid until the end of next week, so we shall manage with what we have - hopefully less snacks will counteract the effects of the frozen food though lol

I hope you'll have me back - felt for ages like I don't belong here cause I've been putting on weight, which is why I've avoided coming online, although I know that's not the case.

I wouldnt worry about any weight gain, once your back into it you will see it all come back off. I know exactly the feeling of being bloated and not feeling "slim" its one of the reasons i do sw - keeps me focused and in the zone. We all have good and bad days so i wouldnt be too hard on yourself x

Thank you! It all went well, we're still settling in, will feel better in a couple of months once all our finances are properly established and we have a proper routine! I'm already feeling better about myself today :)

I've just zumba'd for 20 mins (forgotten how energetic it is!) and I'm about to make some tuna and sweetcorn pasta for lunch. Going to freeze some for my lunches next week :)

OH wants to do the Shred, so we're going to start in the next few days. Plus he has a sit up bench and he's going to teach me about doing weights :D Vicky, I'd be interested to hear what this Body Revolution is all about!

I'm there for 1 week. So next weeks WI will have to be when I'm home on Monday morning. I'm literally bursting out my work skirt and my coat lol been and got a sanctuary spa body wrap kit so I can at least get a bit of toning lol

We could just call it Annie and Nikkis target diary? Or something alon those lines x

The button came off my size 10 jeans while I was wearing them - luckily I was on my own, but still devastating! Don't really have any clothes to wear now! My size 10 smart trousers don't really fit now either. Not good!

I'll start a thread for us hun and post a link to you :)

Lol at the button! I know it's not funny but I read that walking through town and jut giggled to myself. I know what you mean though, I'm dreading trying on my dress for the wedding! But the wedding isn't until the Thursday so technically I have 8 days to lose a little bit of weight!

Found a great jacket potato van man, he does salad!! So I had jacket potato with salad, a tbsp of cheese and sweet corn! Yummy!! Got SW chilli for dinner too xxx

Having a tough day and totm is making me a crying mess so trying to avoid the comfort eating and focus on some positives instead. X

Hope everyones had a good day, the weather hasn't really cooled down yet here....not sure what I think about that, I love the hot weather but I'm getting awful heat rash this year :(

Been to my mums for tea, she did jacket potatoes with chilli, all sw but I prefer mine I usually make!

Got a busy day tomorrow, after my voluntary work I need to make lasagne for tea (making it ready to pop in the oven later on) and a cake for little ones ugly bug ball on Friday, wouldn't be too bad but have to go to my nanna's as well and don't want to go too late as boyfriend will be picking me up to go shopping around 3 O'Clock
 
I've had terrible news and fantastic news all in one day!! My placement at the hospital has had to come to an end because I've not been able to start training this year - I was gutted this morning when I found out. But my mentor called me this evening and said that another local hospital is offering on the job training for less hours and more money than the job I have now (which I hate lol)

I'm so excited! Hopefully she can pull some strings for me - its not what you know, its who you know ;)

The 100% Challenge is something we've been doing for 4 weeks & each day we just write down the day we've had & I chart it for the week. If you look back a few pages you'll see today & our week begins on a Tuesday as that's when we started it.

We also chart our exercise as well & calories if you know them
Come & join us as its quite motivational xx
