Do these work? Or is it just extra easy nowadays?
I've tried ee but just can't get he thoughts that I'm doing it wrong ie eating too much, what eat in between meals etc.
I've done sw years ago and did r or g days and just wondered if anyone still does them, if hey work or is ee better for weight loss?
If anyone can direct me to a thread or a something. Please x
