Anyone know the official weight loss stats for the plans.

    Evening all,

    I'm moving up to 1000 plan in Dec and i was just wondering if anyone knew the average weight loss for each of the plans, being the control freak that i am, i'm trying to calculate how long it will take to get to goal.

    Hiya

    Very hard to tell! And totally depends on the individual.

    I would guesstimate from experience a loss of around 2 pounds per week on the 1000 plan but can't promise :)

    mm - guess I not normal then - I only managed 8lb per month on ss!!! Actually lost more on 810 in three weeks - just started 1000 - time will tell!!!! Loving the carbs though - but feeling windy - on 1000 - that normal?

    Thanks everyone, having discussed it with my cdc we decided that 1000 would be the best bet for dec as i will be a stone ish away from goal, and i'll have been ss'ing for 17 weeks straight no cheats. I'm really looking forward to a little more flexibility in my diet and even a cheeky glass of xmas fizz on the big day.

    So onwards and downwards for the next 5 weeks and then real food AND carbs! I hated my AAM week and couldn't wait to get back to the security of ss, so i'm hoping i can relax my attitude a little this time and just enjoy it.

    Depending on how much i have left to lose after Dec, i might hop back on the SS train but to be honest im quite happy with the idea of losing the last half a stone or so gradually so i may just move up the plans.
