Ive noticed when im 100% I consistently do 2-4lb on week followed by 1/2-1 the next and so on. Anyone else notice this? Any suggestions to break the trend?
I know over a 4week period 5-10lb is totally acceptable loss but you know how it is you always want to better yourself!
