anyone notice a loss pattern?

Ive noticed when im 100% I consistently do 2-4lb on week followed by 1/2-1 the next and so on. Anyone else notice this? Any suggestions to break the trend?

I know over a 4week period 5-10lb is totally acceptable loss but you know how it is you always want to better yourself! :)

I've only had three WI's since rejoining SW and I'm determined this time round to stick to plan so haven't had any STS's or gains yet. However when I first did SW years ago my weight loss/gains went like this (just went and looked at the diary I kept on here!):

February
Week 1: -2.5lbs
Week 2: +0.5lbs

Week 3: -4lbs
Week 4: +0.5lbs

March
Week 5: -1.5lbs

Week 6: -0.5lbs
Week 7: -3lbs
Week 8: -1.5

April
Week 9: STS
Week 10: -1.5lbs
Week 11: -1lb
Week 12: -1lb
Week 13: -3lb

May
Week 14: +1lb
Week 15: -0.5


Do you keep a food diary? From what I can remember my gains always were on the weeks I didn't keep a strict food diary as I'd forget a few syns here and there!

Thanks a lot for your help. Tbh I honestly am consistent from one week to next except the odd time when have an event etc. I think its a combo of a) just how my body is and b) cycles. Dunno though
