That wants to help and support each other loose weight for the final time?

Im a serial restarter but im going to try my hardest to be the skinny women inside that is desperate to get out!

I have 4 st 10lbs to loose, but im going to break that up into 7lb mini goals! Ill be sticking to green and red days :)

Ive been on sw ee for 1 week now, and am doing mini 7lb goals, there is a half stone thread somewhere that you can join.

hope that you do stick to it this time! is there anything different this time to the last time (s) you have dieted ? do you know where you have gone wrong before so you know to avoid them this time ?

I seem to be restarting every couple of days at the moment. Had a great 5 1/2lb loss in my first week & then I've been hit & miss since. I fully understand how the diet works now & struggle on a weekend when hubby is off. Ive been too impatient in the past & want big losses each week. Now I'd be over the moon with a 1lb loss each week. Depending on my Mums shifts I WI on a Wed eve or Fri am. Had a 1 1/2lb gain on Fri & I'm getting weighed on Wed eve this week. Had a take away Sat night (Indian) & drank cider so I'll struggle for a loss by Wed :-( Nevermind I'm back on plan today. I would love to lose a stone by my Hols. 14th Aug. Hopefully I'll stay on it this time. Looking forward to hearing how you're all getting on. Good Luck x

I restarted yesterday and have decided that I too am going to break my goal down to 7lbs at a time.

I really p myself off when I go off plan as it is truly the best healthy eating plan that I have been on and believe me I have tried them all!!

Good luck with the fresh start - this will be our time to shine:fingerscrossed:

I have also restarted my journey - again......I lost 1st 7lb when I first joined SW & have been losing & gaining the last 7lbs for what seems like the last year!

if if i am honest with myself roughly 4st 7lbs. If i think of it like this though it all seems to much and i beat myself up for allowing myself to be the size that i am today. Hence the reason for half a stone at a time lol.

Yeah I noticed that - same name too although I am Nicola:)) I have an illness that means I cannot excersise as all my muscle groups are affected. I am however just waiting on a power plate being delivered as i have heard that you can work out on it for very short bursts and get quite good results. I hope so anyway - i really miss excersise. What about you do you excersise?

I am also re-starting today. I have about 4st to lose, and hate that I have let myself get to this size!

I did SW a few years back, then fell pregnant and never got a chance to get back into it when I found out I was pregnant AGAIN...So anyway, my little girl (4th and final baby) is 11mths today AND I would love to lose half a stone before her birthday next month.

I am going to set myself little goals like this throughout my journey as I am hoping they will keep me motivated. The next goal after that will be my sister's wedding in August.

I don't manage to exercise much, simply as I don't get much time with 4 kids to run around after...although I do have EA active for the PS3, a game called The Fight, and the 30 day shred dvd....I am hoping to start making a bit more use of at least 1 of these to burn a few extra calories each week. I want to weigh-in on a Friday/Saturday ideally so this week will actually be slightly shorter for me, but hopefully I can still shift a pound or two.

Sorry for rambling on a bit there...

I have also started a food diary over in that section of the forum so I am hoping those who are more experienced will give me a nudge if I do something wrong:)

I think its def better to try and break it down to small goals as when you look at the total amount you want to loose then i know i certainly feel overwhelmed and give up. Onwards and downwards to the next 7llbs :fingerscrossed:

Jimmysgirl - im a Nicola too, but i hate it! Oh wow i would love a power plate, my friend has had great results using one! I dont do much exercise to be honest. Just the usual buggy walking and running around after my little one. I would love to start running but i need to loose some weight first as everything wobbles to much! What plan are you following?

Hi mel! Im sure you can managed thay goal by your daughters 1st birthday. And by next Aug you will be one very skinny lady! :) what days are you following? Im a green and red day girl, cant get my head around EE!

Hi....I started again..(again) last Thursday. I joined Slimming World for the first time just after my son was born. He's 13!!
I've been starting and restarting ever since. When I first started I had 2 stone 3lbs to lose ( how sad that I can remember that!) As of last Thursday I have 7 stone 5lbs to lose...what a disaster.
Anyway I'm starting with a goal to get into the next stone group then it will be getting under that stone and a half group and so it will go on until the deed is done :/

Hi princessnicky. I am doing EE as I very rarely use my HE a or b so feel it's best for me but i know some people just prefer red or green. My powerplate has just arrived woo hoo! Will let you know how i get on - i don't know anyone who has used one - fingers crossed eh?

I am usually a red/green girl, but seem to be dong EE (so far) this time round?

I am going to aim to vary it a bit, I have already meal planned our dinners, so I might sit down later and see what I can plan in for myself and see what type of day it brings me to:eek:... iygwim!!

I need to stay focused and on plan, i'm sure I can do it....I am writing in my food diary on here and will try to keep that up, I think it does help to write it all down:cool:
