Anyone still do the old core plan..???

hi all, im currently calorie counting and i lost 5lbs last week but i also remember when i did core plan i also lost this amount first week and was eating nearly twice as much :confused::confused:

so just wondered if there were any core planners still lurking around?? or is everyone taken with the new propoints??

i have all my old ww switch booklets so could maybe start following it again. i stopped smoking a week ago and find that because im nibbling a wee bit more im going over my kcal allowance. whereas on core plan i could nibble quite happily on raw carrot and celery throughout the day without breaking diet as such. want to make sure i can keep off the cigs without piling on the lbs :sigh::sigh:

what do u think??
