Mojobrad, don't worry, just try and get back on track. The sooner the better as I know from experience it gets harder the longer you leave it. Don't beat yourself up though, just move forwards. Same for you Lottie whatever the scales say on wednesday just look forward not back!

I'm still doing good this week, but its been a long time since I did so don't think I am preaching!

Still haven't lost anything though......lol It'll happen sooner or later!

Hi Mags and all

I managed to lose 4lbs this week, which I am pleased with. Oh and guess what????? I am now officially "overweight" rather than obese or morbidly obese when I started. Who would have thought that being overweight could make you feel so happy!!!!!!!

Tracie! (mags wags forefinger) You are not allowed to say ONLY!!! You lost a pound and thats absolutely great. This diet is quirky and the losses fluctuate you can only look at the figures over a number of weeks, never just one!

Oups, forgot to update my non existant progress - I went to when I'd weighed in, but it involved some pretty complicated nipple holding (on my laptop) in order to do the cut and paste, and so I thought...I'll do it another time. But as there is no progress to update, I guess I don't have to?

I remain the same :-(
 
Im up for a 3 week challenge starting now. I have a work formal to go to in 3 weeks, and I will be co-presenting during it infront of 800 people almost, the grand finale of which is potentially me stripping off and jumping into a pool!!

Im 11st now, My goal is to be 10st 4lb by then (though less would be more)

Sigh, after sticking to it for a week and losing nothing I allowed myself to be dispirited enough to give in.

I've had a bit of a run in with a box of cadburys roses. Feeling quite disgusted but need to move on again......

It just has to start coming off again sooner or later!

Hey Hannah, you're doing brilliantly!!

I have a new target.... 3 pounds! If I can lose 3 I will be below 9st on my scales so I am aiming for that now!

It should be achievable....

Then I will be down to 11 pounds to target and I can then aim for having less than 10... lots of little targets if you see what I mean.

Thanks for your thoughts, I am very determined today to get back on track and kick more of this weight!

I drew a new graph which I have stuck to the fridge to deter me! I have drawn a dotted line were I hit 'healthy' BMI (5 pounds time) so mentally thats my next milestone, although I am just looking for 3 at the mo and that will do to be going on with hee hee.

I think if I could just lose something and then I would have less than a stone, instead of a full stone to go....

When you draw a graph you can see your average really easily just by using a ruler and since Christmas I have averaged a pound a week. Now I try not to use the word 'only' but its difficult! A week or two at a pound a week is fine as the average is always higher but I've messed about too much! My overall average has been brought down to about 2 and a quarter pounds per week for the whole journey, it would obviously have been higher had I not been messing!

Anyway..... rambling.

Well 2lbs on this week but im gonna get these 5lbs off and will succeed in my 3 wk challenge.
 
I'm going to join your 3 week challenge as I put on 3lb this week due to very bad out of control eating. :mad: :mad: :mad:

My target date will be Monday 26th March and as I am now 12 stone 9 I would like to get under 12 stone mark finally as I have been messing about for the last 3 weeks and have only really lost 3lb in total. So I'll aim for 11 stone 13lbs which will be 10lbs total eek!

really need to stick to it, as me and partner talked about it and if I dont lose any this week then I will have to come off lipotrim as it is just too expensive for us at the mo and if I'm not losing anymore then there's just no point wasting the money. so here goes...
