Started on lunges and knee started burning in pain, so RawrGirl had to improvise. Hopefully knee doesn't hurt tomorrow. Strange thing was it wasn't even her bad knee. Grrr. RawrGirl hates getting old.

Thanks squishy - I can't copy and paste from a thread on the I pad which is a pain.

Well done guys - my knee hurts a bit too Rawrgirl - something to do with the plank type exercises I think. Not great.

Will try to fit my shred in tonight otherwise a rest day for me

I worked out that if you "quote" a reply with the table, select and copy it, then cancel the reply and do your own "fresh" reply and paste the table in there, you can change it. That probably all sounds very confusing!! I'll just copy and paste for you again next time you're stuck ;)

Pant...pant...RawrGirl just upped her cardio circuit...pant....to 30 sec plank jumps, 30 sec double jumps, 30 sec skaters, and 30 second jumpers...pant....which def pushed her body (she'd been doing the level 1 with skaters instead of boxing and barely breathing heavily). She so hopes to see a measurement loss tomorrow....pant, pant...

I worked out what you meant Squishy - thanks it worked a treat. Well done Rawrgirl - I am pleased to be past those plank jacks - think the mountain climbers in level three are easier. One more off the list - feeling well exercised.

I have had two consecutive rest days due to being busy so have to do four days straight now to finish (although if I finish on Monday it won't be a disaster I suppose). Better attitude to it today after a little break though - not many left :)

Saturday Shred! Three full press ups today - see if I can do 4 tomorrow! I wish Jillian wouldn't keep telling me I want to quit....

I tell you what the measurements had better be good tomorrow after all this effort - I am convinced my knees don't like level 3 but only one more to inflict on them now. Final weigh in on Wednesday once the fluids have receded via not shredding for two whole days! (and once I have been back on plan for a whole week too.....)
