I'm on between 1000-16000 a day, but weekends I have a bit more
I usually have oats, fruit and yogurt for brekkie, home made soup for lunch, and a slow cooker meal for dinner. I also fill up on home made protein shakes, using H&B soya protein powder and Da Vinci sugar free syrups, and water - and also have 2-3 litres of water, and herbal teas
I've just got a skinny slow cooker recipe book and will experiment with it over the next few weeks, so I'll post any successes on my diary thread
