Yes don't let it find you ! well today is here now I want this weight off ... so i'm going to have to work hard with my mixed voices to remove the bad voices . anyone hear bad voices ... or is it just me going mad lol .

mfp diet whtas that one again ?

Sorry to jump in but think it's My Fitness Plan - an invaluable weight loss tool - I use it every day to put in my menus and work out the daily calorie intake :)

I'm on between 1000-16000 a day, but weekends I have a bit more :)

I usually have oats, fruit and yogurt for brekkie, home made soup for lunch, and a slow cooker meal for dinner. I also fill up on home made protein shakes, using H&B soya protein powder and Da Vinci sugar free syrups, and water - and also have 2-3 litres of water, and herbal teas :)

I've just got a skinny slow cooker recipe book and will experiment with it over the next few weeks, so I'll post any successes on my diary thread :)

skinny slow cooker recipes , sounds good . you make your own protein shakes , how much do they work out doing them that way .
