I haven't done any proper exercise this month. But I did over 5000 steps at work yesterday which was almost 5km. But that's only cos I got locked out of a gate and got lost coming back. Its not too bad walking in my shoes now but am going to see if I van get better ones as these are causing calf cramp.sometimes.

I feel great today, 24 lengths of the pool and now a 3 km walk with buggy and dog.

Lazy day yesterday so an extra session I decided to make up today.

Through the 9,000 km barrier on the exercise bike since October 2017.
Distance covered roughly equal to travelling to the likes of Tokyo, Shanghai & Los Angeles.

I think I might hit my 223 lb target by the end of the month.
With turning up the exercise bike, new employment and being stricter again with my food intake.
I've another 30 lbs to go which will take as long as it takes.
