Hi ya, I'm on my 6th week of Exante and will be taking my aamw at week 13, I wanted to double check on a few ingredients I'm unsure of. Are we allowed onion, garlic and peppers? If anyone knows that would be great x
Just googled 'garlic and ketosis' and it seems ok. And seemingly between 0.5 and 1 gram of carbs in a clove of garlic. Peppers seem to be classed in the medium carb category...click on this Ketogenic Foods and it should help hopefully x
