I am drinking 5+ litres a day (I drink 2+ even when not on this diet), so I do not think it is dehydration. Also, I have a caffeine intolerance, so I have only taken caffeine-free drinks for a long while now, so its not caffeine withdrawal either.
The options I can think of is that it is still carb withdrawal, something to do with the illness, or it is still the remnents of my muscle pull causing problems.
I doubt that it is carb-withdrawal, not after 5 days. All my glycogen should have gone by now and I should easily be in ketosis, though am not registering. I am not worried about that as I rarely registered in ketosis by the stix when losing initially, and I lost 102 lbs then!
As to the muscle pull, well all feels well there, so it probably is not that. My money is on it just being one of the symptoms of the "cold" I have been going through for a couple of days, but that is on the mend now also.

), no I am not taking anything for it - not medicine wise anyway. I am only trying "alternative" solutions such as 4-Head etc.
