the secretarys birthday this week, so there is tons of sweets everywher!!!

it's killing me aha, didnt realise i had so much motivation though tbh. 2 more weeks to go until i refeed. hoping to have lost another stone by then... does everyone think thats realistic?xxx

Its amazing isn't it, how the willpower and determination seems to come from nowhere!

i was 13 stone 11 to start with, 1st week i lost 7 pounds, 2nd 4 pounds and 3rd week 5 pounds. 4th weigh in will be on saturday. so in total have lose 1 stone and 2 pounds so far, do you think that's realistic then hun?xx
