After an UD!!!! OMG is all I can say I'm a very happy girly. DD today, here goes

Thanks. The 11 thing is a big thing for me, normally I see it panic & sabotage everything & jump back in to the 12s. Not this time. 4lbs to go & I'll be at my lowest for 15 months & another 7lbs to be the lowest I've been for 16 years......
 
Successful down day almost over..... Although it will be bath & bed when I get home at 815 I think

Thought it might be a bit lower after a DD but I guess it's down more hey & if I can keep this for Thursday it's 3lb this week

UD today & come in at around 1550 cals but feel so full & like I ate for the sake of it, I didn't need 3 sausages but ate them anyway :( & too much mash really. Don't think I will weigh tomorrow as not likely to be pretty. DD tomorrow & then official weigh in Thursday & should keep the 11 even though today has panicked me a bit

I'm sure your scales will be fine on weigh in day :) You eat a lot less than me on an UD so you're bound to get a good result with the effort you're putting in x I don't diet at all on an UD. I eat my tdee at least and let the fast days work to give me my losses.

Thanks, if I'm honest I'm too scared I'd lose control if I didn't count & I am so desperate to get back to my lowest weight of 11:7 I daren't eat whatever I want although I know that's maybe the idea.

Said I wasn't going to weigh this morning as felt so bloated & heavy after last nights massive tea & was so worried I'd see a 12 again but I can't keep away from the scales & here's the result....

Well they seem to be getting easier, didn't even need my bovril at 1130 which up til now I've done on every fast day. Official weigh in tomorrow & am really looking forward to being able to officially track 11 something again & just realised I'm going to be very close to my 100lb loss again. Tomorrow is my sons bday so tea will probably be a takeaway but I'm planning on a chicken shish kebab but I will have chips no point pretending otherwise. Still haven't decided whether to do a DD Friday as am at cinema with my bestie in the evening for a Bridget Jones onesie night which is already paid for inc chocolate but I'm not really bothered about choc I can take it or leave it. Weekend is likely to be a bit naughty too so ideally I'd like to do another 3:4 week & only real possibility is Friday.... Anyway sorry I'm rambling.... Today's food is
