just wondering if anyone uses this? im trying to stay low carb but wouldnt say im on the atkins diet as such... problem is i miss my cereal and was wondering if its ok to have? i dont have a huge amount to lose, maybe 8 pounds. Could i have this for breakfast and not have any other carbs.. just stick to proteins and veg?? will it make me retain water like crazy... is this cereal just as bad as other cereals in the shops?

well if you add that into your carbs for the day plus milk then its ok ............ give it a go ....... but if you stop loosing weight then give the cereal up xx

Good advice, Must!

With so little weight to lose it might be better to start in OGW - ongoing weight loss - where the daily carbs are a bit higher than in Induction. Please read the books and try checking the Atkins Community (official site) - lots of useful tips there.
