just wondering if anyone uses this? im trying to stay low carb but wouldnt say im on the atkins diet as such... problem is i miss my cereal and was wondering if its ok to have? i dont have a huge amount to lose, maybe 8 pounds. Could i have this for breakfast and not have any other carbs.. just stick to proteins and veg?? will it make me retain water like crazy... is this cereal just as bad as other cereals in the shops?
