    Has anyone tried this?

Would you recommend taking these 4 times a day like CD/LL/LT ? (cutting out solid food?)

Losing weight to me is so important! When i have gotton to goal then i will think about reintroducing solids!! (will allow for a stone gain)

What you think? Would it be safe?
Just a cheaper alternitive to CD/LL/LT ... And i dont even have to think about what to eat etc, weather its wrong or what not...

The big selling point of CD/LL/W8 is that they are nutritionally complete - they contain all your body needs. I am fairly certain that 4x atkins shakes would not and would probably be pretty awful for you, particually if they use polyols to sweeten them.

Why the rush? Why not take things slowly, healthily and learn to readjust your eating habits so the weight doesnt come back.

I agree Rach, I was lucky Atkins products were not available over here when I started, so i was pretty much forced into being clean and green. That plus I used the '72 version of the book. The later versions seem to be less strict in my eyes.

Yep I agree with Rach too, that these wouldn't give you the nutrition that you need as a total meal replacement.

A good saying for you.. if you always do what you've always done, you'll always be what you've always been.

Time to have a rethink about what you want from life, what changes you need to make to get it and how to keep it once you've got it. xx
