Attack phase recipes

Wondered if anyone had any nice recipes for the attack phase I'm planning on doing this for 6 days

I'm fussy with what I eat so am quite limited but on my shopping list for tomorrow to eat this week I have

Ham
Eggs
Turkey breast
Chicken
A load of spices & herbs
Salmon
Chicken tikka/chicken pieces to snack on
Sugar free jelly
Yogurts
Fizzy water/diet drinks
 
Be careful with pre-packaged meats like ham and chicken - they contain some hidden nasties. You're much better off buying and cooking your own from scratch and it'll be cheaper too.

Meatloaf was one of the first things I remember making - the recipe is in the book. You should never feel like you're going hungry on this diet so make sure you have lots of protein to hand. Check out the recipe thread and the daily menu thread for what people eat on a PP day.
 
Omelettes, home made burgers, meatballs, prawns and hard boiled eggs with some yoghurt mixed in, smoked mackerel pate, muffins with sweet yoghurt topping, curries made with a little onion, yoghurt and some curry powder, aaaaand CHICKEN lots and lots of CHICKEN !!!
