i had 4 weigh ins last month, so if i get a good loss this week it'll be a great start to this months challenge

It's still 4 weeks, and 28 days is nearer to a month than 35 days~ so its actually more accurate when its 4 weeks lol

As lynda says - focus on the fact that you have already lost 2 STONES, which is a fantastic achievement!

We all have bad weeks (mine was last week and I am really praying for there not to be a repeat this Friday!) and all you can do is pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and head onwards and downwards again.

Believe me, I know how disappointing it is, but you have done amazingly well thus far, try not to let a blip get you down too much........

I don't see it as cheating- i just count all weigh ins in that month. its entirely up to you- but its so much easier to count

and its not really cheating- its a personal target heehee

I counted this week though- i just choose the target accordingly

well after a hurrendous bingey weekend i lost 1/2 a pound!! im at a spa break this weekend so not sure how good i will be able to be as all my meals are included so going to have limited choice, but im going to be as good as i can and im going to be good around it!! would like to lose at least a pound this week then i have my stone award
